The Old Church, Lubec
The Old Church, in Lubec Maine, is a charming new wedding venue proudly opening for the 2023 season. Originally constructed in 1846 as an Episcopal and Methodist church, the building has recently undergone a meticulous renovation to create a boutique wedding and reception space for up to 100 people. The Old Church is located in Lubec’s historic district and included in the venue package are the following accommodation spaces, which can sleep up to 17 people: a stunning penthouse bridal suite, situated above the Old Church hall that has amazing views of Campobello Island, a beautiful Victorian home with a salt water heated in-ground pool, outdoor entertaining area featuring a gas fire pit and a private studio apartment that has its own hot tub.

Call this the Bridal Suite! This 2 bedroom 2 bath penthouse is brand new and built above the Old Church Hall, The view is just spectacular! Big open living space with deck and separated bedrooms. Two big bedrooms each with sitting areas. There are two entrances.
Private Apartment (sleeps 2)
The private apartment is located on the property, off the driveway, behind the Victorian Home. Views of the pool, Grand Manan Island and the stars as you enjoy your own two person hot tub.
For cooking there is a Jen Air gas STOVETOP with side grill. Radiant heat under the flooring keeps your toes toasty on those cool evenings.

The Victorian Home (Sleeps 10)
Built in 1876 and has 5 bedrooms with 2.5 baths. homeIt also has a new, in-ground heated fiberglass, salt water pool. Classic New England Victorian surrounded by stained glass windows, a working fireplace, 5 lovely bedrooms, (master bath has jetted ''claw-foot tub”), newly renovated kitchen with granite counter tops, formal dining room, giant family room with pool table and a surround sound 75” home theater. We added a solar pool heating system ( along with propane) to extend the swimming season May 1 to October. It’s 82 degrees! Around the pool, a custom made gas fire pit will keep your family and friends toasting even on those cooler Maine nights. Enjoy peace and quiet and still be in town. Two blocks walking distance to dining. entertainment and the “narrows” .
